We recently partnered with one of the TOP roofing companies in Tennesee that is looking for a Bi-Lingual Commercial Roofing Superintendent.

Roofing Superintendent Specific Duties, Functions and Responsibilities

• 5-10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the Roofing Industry
• Superintendent has a positive attitude, is self-motivated, ambitious, and a team player
• Responsibilities include direct communication with staff, management, customers and vendors.
• Monitor projects with respect to current status and time and materials

Roofing Superintendent Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge of various roofing systems, materials, construction processes and theories as a Superintendent
• Knowledge to inspect and ensure attention to detail and quality
• Build and develop productive working relationships with other department managers and management personnel
• Able to understand complex problems and make decisions to benefit everyone as much as possible
