We’re looking for a Residential HVAC Designer to support residential and light commercial projects from system sizing through field coordination.
This role works closely with both office and field teams and is a good fit for someone who understands how HVAC systems perform in real-world applications, not just on paper.

Design residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Perform Manual J load calculations
Complete Manual S equipment selection and Manual D duct design as needed
Size and select HVAC equipment
Design ductwork and air distribution systems
Use Wrightsoft or similar HVAC design software
Conduct site walks and verify field conditions
Coordinate with field and office teams
Experience with residential or light commercial HVAC design
Manual S, Manual J, and/or Manual D experience preferred
Wrightsoft or similar software experience
Good understanding of HVAC equipment sizing and system design
Mechanical Engineering degree is a plus, but not required
HVAC field experience is a plus
$70,000–$100,000+ salary depending on experience
