Our Long-Term Care client in Texas is actively seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join their dedicated healthcare team. This full-time opportunity offers flexible scheduling across day, evening, and overnight shifts and is ideal for an RN committed to providing exceptional patient care in a supportive and mission-driven environment.

As an RN, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care to residents while collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team. You will oversee nursing care, support clinical excellence, and help promote a safe and compassionate environment for residents and families.

📅 Schedule

• Available Shifts: Days, Evenings, and Nights
• Status: Full-Time (32–40 hours/week)
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

📝 Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas
• Previous experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or related clinical settings preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
