Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Proactively connect with prospective clients to showcase products, solutions, and capabilities. Deliver customized recommendations and cost proposals that align with customer requirements.
Product Expertise: Stay up to date on emerging technologies and market trends. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the full product portfolio and effectively convey its benefits to customers.
Customer Support: Partner with operations to quickly resolve service concerns and ensure seamless communication that drives customer satisfaction.
Market Insight & Analysis: Evaluate project performance, historical data, and overall execution. Share insights with leadership on customer needs, competitor activity, and evolving technologies.
Innovation & Improvement: Contribute fresh ideas and new approaches to strengthen processes, expand market presence, and maintain industry leadership.
Brand Representation: Uphold the company’s reputation by presenting its values and mission with professionalism and credibility at all times.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in related industries (HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering, Construction, Controls, Service, Sales, or Design).
Highly motivated, strategic thinker with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Strong collaborator with the ability to operate independently while contributing to team objectives.
Skilled at managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
Must hold a valid driver’s license and be open to regional travel up to 25%.
