Job Description

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Extensive knowledge in:
    • Compensation and benefits administration
    • Training and professional development
    • Employee relations and performance management
    • Talent acquisition and retention
    • Compliance with state and federal employment laws
  • Minimum 10 years of exempt-level HR experience, including at least 4 years in a supervisory or managerial HR role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Must have Bachelor’s degree in related field. Must have HRCI PHR or SHRM-CP certification. Master’s degree in related field preferred.
