Project Manager (Early Career) – Commercial Construction
Location: El Paso, TX

We are working with a well-established general contractor in El Paso that is looking to add an early-career Project Manager to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years of experience who is ready to take on more responsibility and grow within a strong, stable company.

You will be involved in all phases of commercial construction projects, gaining hands-on experience while working alongside an experienced team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Support scheduling efforts and help keep projects on track
• Assist with project financials including budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Review plans and specifications
• Help manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Maintain project documentation and reporting

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in commercial construction (Project Engineer or Assistant PM level)
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Basic understanding of construction scheduling and project financials
• Eagerness to learn and grow into a full Project Manager role
