Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of water and wastewater equipment projects. This role is essential in managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time. You will work closely with sales and customers to ensure project requirements are met from procurement through commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead comprehensive project planning, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate with engineers, service technicians, contractors, and manufacturers to ensure smooth execution
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor project progress and performance relative to milestones
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and resource allocation efficiently
  • Oversee procurement and quality control of equipment
  • Collaborate with Service Coordinator on equipment startups and training
  • Identify, address, and resolve project issues, scope changes, and deviations
  • Maintain thorough documentation and provide regular project status updates
  • Conduct project closeout, including documentation and invoicing
  • Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement practices within the team

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None

Required Qualifications:

  • Technical knowledge of process equipment
  • Strong project management skills with experience in planning, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams and customers
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills to navigate project challenges
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe
  • Experience using ERP and CRM software

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Willingness to travel to project sites and trade shows as needed
