What They’re Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in commercial litigation, handling complex business disputes, breach of contract claims, real estate matters, and tort actions

  • Licensed: Active member of the Bar in good standing

  • Litigation Savvy: Comfortable managing all stages of litigation—from pre-suit investigation through motion practice, discovery, mediation, and trial prep

  • Strategic: Strong legal analysis, persuasive writing, and ability to develop case strategy with minimal oversight
