I’m partnered with a growing industrial contractor that is actively expanding throughout the Midwest and looking to add a strong Industrial Sales / Business Development professional to their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands the industrial world, has established relationships, and knows how to generate business within manufacturing, plant, cold storage, ethanol, and facility environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and maintain relationships with:

  • General Contractors
  • Plant Managers
  • Facility Managers
  • Maintenance Teams
  • Industrial Decision Makers

• Generate and develop new business opportunities throughout the Midwest

• Grow existing accounts while expanding company footprint

• Work closely with operations and estimating teams

• Represent the company professionally within industrial markets

What We’re Looking For

• Background in industrial sales, business development, account management, or industrial services

• Existing relationships within industrial, manufacturing, ethanol, cold storage, or facilities environments

• Knowledge of industrial services such as:

  • Coatings
  • Scaffolding
  • Insulation
  • Industrial Maintenance
  • Specialty Construction

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated, growth-minded, and driven to succeed
