Quality Manager
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead quality assurance efforts in a precision manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring that all products and processes meet strict industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee inspection of final products to ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO9001, and customer specifications
Lead and mentor a quality team of 5+ employees; manage daily interactions with shop floor and leadership
Use inspection tools such as CMMs, micrometers, bore gages, hardness testers, and profilometers
Develop, implement, and maintain effective quality control systems and documentation
Collaborate cross-functionally to monitor supplier compliance and resolve quality issues
Analyze inspection and production data to identify trends and ensure process control
Prepare and present detailed quality reports and support audits, FMEAs, FAIRs, and PPAPs
Continuously seek opportunities to improve quality procedures and manufacturing efficiency
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a manufacturing quality leadership role
Deep knowledge of inspection tools, quality standards, and compliance procedures
Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving
