CNC Programmer

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated CNC Programmer to join a tight-knit, experienced team in a family-owned job shop that’s been delivering high-quality machining solutions for nearly 30 years. This is a day-shift role with a 4-day/10-hour schedule that offers a healthy work-life balance and the chance to make a real impact.

As a key member of the team, you’ll help drive operational excellence across industries ranging from small startups to Fortune 500 companies.

What You’ll Do:

  • Program CNC mills and lathes using Mastercam

  • Perform machine setup and first article inspections

  • Train and support machine operators on job-specific tasks

  • Conduct basic quality checks to ensure part accuracy

  • Collaborate with a small, experienced team in a fast-paced, custom machining environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven CNC programming experience in a job shop setting

  • Strong knowledge of Mastercam and G-code

  • Ability to perform setups and first article inspections

  • Comfortable mentoring and training others on the shop floor

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred but not required
