Dynamite Sales Executive – Domestic & International Logistics 🔥

What You’ll Do:

• Drive new business growth across domestic and global shipping markets.
• Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
• Hit—and crush—monthly/quarterly sales targets (we want someone proud to boast about their numbers).
• Lead by example, mentoring newer team members while setting the bar high.
• Partner with operations to deliver seamless execution for customers.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 5+ years of proven success in freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation sales.

✅ Documented ability to meet and exceed quotas—bring your scorecard, we want to see results.

✅ Knowledge of domestic AND international markets (air, ocean, and ground).

✅ Natural leader with strong communication and negotiation skills.

✅ A self-starter with a hunter’s mindset and unstoppable drive.

LOCATION: Newark, NJ

SALARY: $75,000.00 TO $130,000.00 BASE + AGGRESSIVE COMMISSIONS
