Licensed Embalmer | Care Center Manager

A well-established, growth-oriented funeral provider seeking a Licensed Embalmer to lead a Care Center operation. This is a key leadership role—not just overseeing preparation, but shaping the consistency, quality, and efficiency of the entire back-of-house operation.

  • Maintain the highest standards in preservation, presentation, and compliance
  • Manage workflow, case logistics, and scheduling across multiple locations
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of embalmers/support staff
  • Partner with funeral directors and leadership to ensure seamless service execution
  • Maintain inventory, equipment, and regulatory compliance 

What does it take to be qualified?

  • Active Wisconsin Embalmer license (or Embalmer license where applicable)
  • 5+ years experience
  • Strong embalming skillset with attention to detail and consistency
  • Experience in a high-volume or centralized care setting is a plus
  • Natural leadership ability—someone who leads by example, not title
  • Organized, dependable, and solutions-focused
