This is not a “sit in a corner and review returns” type of role. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Review and prepare complex tax returns including:
    • 1120
    • 1120S
    • 1065
    • 1040
  • Lead and oversee financial statement and assurance engagements
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients
  • Identify tax planning and advisory opportunities
  • Mentor and develop staff accountants and seniors
  • Help improve processes, training, and workflow efficiencies
  • Manage multiple engagements while maintaining high-quality service

What They’re Looking For

  • CPA or EA required
  • Public accounting experience in tax and/or audit
  • Leadership or supervisory experience
  • Experience with multi-state tax returns preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Someone who enjoys being part of a team-oriented environment
