A highly regarded firm in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an experienced Probate, Trust, and Guardianship Litigation Attorney to join its team. This role offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated matters, work closely with clients during critical times, and grow within a supportive and well-established practice.

What They’re Looking For

  • 1-2+ years of experience in probate, trust, and guardianship litigation

  • Strong background in contested estates, fiduciary disputes, and guardianship proceedings

  • Excellent research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills

  • Proven ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with colleagues when needed

  • Commitment to client service and ability to build trusted, long-term relationships

  • Member of the Florida Bar in good standing

What You’ll Do

  • Handle all aspects of probate, trust, and guardianship litigation from pleadings through trial

  • Represent beneficiaries, fiduciaries, and other parties in contested estate and trust disputes

  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and appellate briefs

  • Conduct hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials

  • Provide compassionate and practical guidance to clients navigating complex family and financial issues

  • Collaborate with experienced colleagues on multifaceted estate and guardianship cases
