What You’ll Do
- As a Tax Senior Manager, you’ll play a critical role in our leadership team. Your responsibilities will include:
Client Impact:
- Serving as the primary relationship manager and trusted advisor for key clients.
- Offering proactive tax consulting and innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
- Providing strategic advice on complex tax matters and industry trends.
Leadership & Development:
- Leading and mentoring a talented team of professionals to foster growth and success.
- Reviewing and ensuring the quality and timeliness of all client deliverables.
- Developing your expertise in a specialized industry or technical area.
Business Growth:
- Driving new business development by cultivating relationships with prospects and referral sources.
- Representing professional and civic organizations, contributing to our presence in the community.
- Collaborating with firm leaders to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- We’re seeking a driven and experienced professional with:
- A CPA license and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or a related field.
- At least 8 years of public accounting experience in tax, including 3 years in managerial role.
- A strong command of tax laws and emerging regulations.
- Proven leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- A demonstrated ability to identify new opportunities and deliver results.
