Paralegal – Bankruptcy Location: Phoenix, AZ (Remote with occasional in-office requirements)
Target Hire Date: Before the end of August
Salary Range: $75,000 – $100,000

Are you a seasoned bankruptcy paralegal looking to support one of Arizona’s top attorneys? We’re seeking a detail-oriented Bankruptcy Paralegal to join a highly regarded firm led by an attorney named “Lawyer of the Year” by The Best Lawyers in America. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a nationally recognized legal mind in a flexible, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy cases from start to finish

  • Prepare and file documents using Best Case and CM/ECF

  • Communicate with clients, trustees, and court personnel

  • Maintain case calendars and deadlines

  • Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of bankruptcy experience

  • Demonstrated expertise in Chapters 7, 11, and 13

  • Proficient in Best Case, CM/ECF, and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment

Compensation & Benefits:
