Residential Superintendent – Custom Homes

A reputable and growing custom home builder in the Lexington area is seeking a Residential Superintendent to oversee the construction of high-quality custom homes from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all phases of residential construction from site preparation through final completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, deliveries, and daily jobsite operations
• Monitor schedules, quality standards, and overall project progress
• Ensure homes are completed safely, efficiently, and to company expectations

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience managing residential construction projects as a Superintendent
• Residential construction experience required; commercial-only backgrounds will not be considered
• Experience building custom homes highly preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts while maintaining attention to detail
• Buildertrend experience or similar construction management software preferred
