We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney with 2 to 6 years of defense litigation experience, specifically in Product Liability and General Liability, to join one of our top clients growing litigation team. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
Active license and in good standing with the bar in California
2–6 years of defense-side litigation experience in Product Liability (General Liability)
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage cases independently and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities
Handle all phases of litigation including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations
Conduct legal research and draft persuasive memoranda and briefs
Maintain regular communication with clients and insurance carriers
Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and partners on case strategy
