Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney with 2 to 6 years of defense litigation experience, specifically in Product Liability and General Liability, to join one of our top clients growing litigation team. Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

  • Active license and in good standing with the bar in California

  • 2–6 years of defense-side litigation experience in Product Liability (General Liability)

  • Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

  • Ability to manage cases independently and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all phases of litigation including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation

  • Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations

  • Conduct legal research and draft persuasive memoranda and briefs

  • Maintain regular communication with clients and insurance carriers

  • Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and partners on case strategy
