Estimator Responsibilities:
Manage large, strategic project estimates from precon through final proposal
Supervise estimating team members and coordinate internal bid review meetings
Analyze plans, specifications, and contractual requirements
Communicate bid strategies with executives and project leadership
Partner with operations, business development, and design partners
Estimator Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating
B.S. in Construction Management or Engineering strongly preferred
Demonstrated experience leading estimating teams
Skilled in competitive bids, negotiated work, and conceptual pricing
