A growing waste company in southern CA is seeking an experienced Trash Compactor Field Mechanic to join their team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, managing their own day-to-day schedule, and troubleshooting equipment in the field.
🛠 Responsibilities Include:
✔ Diagnosing and repairing commercial trash compactors & balers
✔ Performing preventative maintenance and emergency service calls
✔ Traveling to customer sites including retail centers, restaurants, apartments, and industrial facilities
✔ Managing service schedules and daily workload independently
✔ Providing strong customer service while representing the company professionally
✅ What We’re Looking For:
▪ Previous trash compactor / baler repair experience REQUIRED
▪ Strong electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical troubleshooting skills
▪ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
▪ Good communication and organizational skills
▪ Clean driving record
🚚 Company truck provided
