Job Description

A well-established and growing law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate with at least 3 years of experience to join its Richmond office. Key Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of commercial real estate transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents
• Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review
• Work closely with clients, lenders, and internal teams to facilitate transactions
• Manage matters efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of commercial real estate experience
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Licensed or eligible to practice in Virginia

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary range: $160,000 – $225,000 (based on experience)
• Discretionary bonus structure
• Billable requirement: 1750 hours
• Hybrid schedule – 2 days remote per week
