Corporate Attorney

LOCATION: Columbus, Ohio office

JOB DESCRIPTION: Handle complex business transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, business formation, corporate governance, corporate and project financing, securities and contract matters

• 3 years of corporate experience preferably in mergers and acquisitions or corporate finance transactions
• Strong research and writing skills
• Must be admitted to the practice of law in the state of Ohio
