Regional Sales Representative – HVAC & Cooling TowersLocation

Little Rock, AR or Memphis, TN (or candidates willing to relocate)

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Regional Sales Representative to expand our presence throughout Arkansas and Western Tennessee. This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in HVAC systems, mechanical equipment, and cooling towers who thrives in an independent environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing customer relationships, and driving sales growth within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow market share throughout Arkansas and Western Tennessee.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, facility managers, and end users.
  • Conduct customer visits, sales presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and sales recommendations.
  • Manage territory activities and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to management.
  • Represent the company professionally at customer meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.

QualificationsRequired

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of developing and growing business.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical equipment, and cooling tower applications.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.

Preferred

  • Previous experience selling HVAC equipment, cooling towers, or related mechanical systems.
  • Established industry contacts within Arkansas and Western Tennessee.

Travel Requirements

  • Regular travel throughout Arkansas and Western Tennessee.
  • Weekly travel may range from one to three days, depending on business needs.
  • Sales representatives manage and build their own schedules.
  • All business-related travel expenses are covered by the company.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary.
  • Annual performance-based bonus paid in December.
  • Mileage reimbursement at $0.58 per mile.
  • Company-paid travel expenses.
  • Monthly pay schedule, paid on the 15th of each month.
