ERISA Attorney - San Francisco County (Hybrid) in San Francisco

Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced ERISA Attorney to join our growing team in San Francisco County. This is an exciting hybrid opportunity, offering 1 day a week in the office, with additional in-office days available if preferred.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and a member in good standing of the State Bar of California
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERISA law
• Experience with employee benefits, pension plans, and other retirement-related matters
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel on ERISA compliance and employee benefits matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate benefit plan documents and agreements
• Represent clients in disputes, including litigation and administrative proceedings
• Advise on issues related to retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and fiduciary duties under ERISA
• Collaborate with clients and team members to develop effective legal strategies
