Litigation Associate (4–6 Years Call)
Vancouver, BC | Boutique Commercial Litigation Firm

A highly respected Vancouver-based litigation boutique is seeking a mid-level associate (4–6 years call) to join its growing team.

This firm focuses exclusively on business disputes and is looking for a lawyer who can step into active files immediately and take ownership—this is not a training role.

The Role

You will work on complex, high-stakes litigation matters, including:

• Contractual disputes
• Shareholder disputes
• Oppression and derivative proceedings
• Property-related disputes

This is a hands-on role requiring “boots on the ground” litigation experience, including managing files, attending court, and driving matters forward with minimal supervision.

What They’re Looking For

• 4–6 years of litigation experience
• Demonstrated experience running files and appearing in court
• Strong background in commercial/business disputes
• Ability to step into an active practice and contribute immediately
• Confident, self-directed, and practical in approach
