Experienced Tax Preparer – Work with High-Net-Worth Clients & Small Businesses
Location: Twin Cities, MN (Hybrid options available)
Schedule: Full-Time or Reduced Schedule
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000, commensurate with experience
Software: CCH Axcess, QuickBooks

Prepare complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns
Collaborate with clients and internal team to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant tax filings
Utilize CCH Axcess and QuickBooks to manage and analyze financial data efficiently
Minimum 5+ years of recent tax preparation experience in public accounting
CPA or EA strongly preferred
Deep knowledge of federal and MN state tax laws affecting high-net-worth individuals and small businesses
Comfortable with CCH Axcess and QuickBooks (or similar platforms)
Excellent communicator with a proactive and client-focused mindset
Desire for long-term stability and professional growth in a collaborative setting
Competitive pay: $100,000–$120,000, based on experience and schedule
