As they continue to grow, they’re looking to add a Product Manager to their team who is passionate about agriculture and ready to help shape the future of their product portfolio.
The Opportunity:
They are seeking a strategic and driven Product Manager to lead the development and execution of new and existing products for the livestock market. In this role, you will serve as a critical link between their Research & Development and Sales teams to ensure they bring practical, market-ready solutions to their customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with R&D to identify market needs and guide the development of new products
Work with Sales to gather customer feedback and analyze market trends
Develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and messaging
Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond
Provide training and product support materials for internal teams and customers
Monitor product performance and suggest improvements or changes as needed
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in product management or marketing, preferably within the livestock or agriculture industry
Strong understanding of the livestock market, customer needs, and product development cycles
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field
Work Environment:
This is a full-time, on-site position. You’ll work closely with both their research and sales teams to maintain strong alignment and real-time collaboration.
