The Opportunity:
They are seeking a strategic and driven Product Manager to lead the development and execution of new and existing products for the livestock market. In this role, you will serve as a critical link between their Research & Development and Sales teams to ensure they bring practical, market-ready solutions to their customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with R&D to identify market needs and guide the development of new products

  • Work with Sales to gather customer feedback and analyze market trends

  • Develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and messaging

  • Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond

  • Provide training and product support materials for internal teams and customers

  • Monitor product performance and suggest improvements or changes as needed

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management or marketing, preferably within the livestock or agriculture industry

  • Strong understanding of the livestock market, customer needs, and product development cycles

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field

Work Environment:
This is a full-time, on-site position. You’ll work closely with both their research and sales teams to maintain strong alignment and real-time collaboration.
