What You'll Do:
Handle a diverse caseload of business, corporate, and commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, shareholder issues, and complex commercial claims.
Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
Develop litigation strategies, draft motions, briefs, and other critical filings.
Work closely with Partners and senior attorneys for mentorship and professional development.
Make an immediate impact advocating for business clients in high-stakes matters.
Who We're Looking For:
Active Arizona Bar license in good standing (required).
At least 1 year of litigation or federal clerkship experience (strongly preferred).
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills with strong academic credentials.
A detail-driven, business-minded professional who thrives in a team-focused, client-centered culture.
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting salary at $190,000+, depending on experience.
Hybrid schedule: In-office Tuesday–Thursday, remote Monday & Friday.
