What You’ll Do:

  • Manage complex commercial litigation matters from case inception through resolution.

  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other filings in sophisticated disputes.

  • Engage in depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and trial preparation.

  • Conduct in-depth fact development and manage e-discovery.

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on litigation strategy and client advocacy.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.

  • Minimum of 4 years of commercial litigation experience.

  • Active Texas Bar license or eligibility to become licensed in Texas (required).

  • Exceptional writing, research, and oral advocacy skills, with strong academic credentials.

  • Strategic thinker with maturity, initiative, and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Commitment to delivering excellent client service in a team-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Federal or state clerkship experience.

  • Exposure to high-stakes litigation, arbitration, and trial work.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary starting at $190,000+, commensurate with experience.

  • Hybrid schedule: In-office Tuesday–Thursday, remote Monday & Friday.
