What You’ll Do:
Manage complex commercial litigation matters from case inception through resolution.
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other filings in sophisticated disputes.
Engage in depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and trial preparation.
Conduct in-depth fact development and manage e-discovery.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on litigation strategy and client advocacy.
Who We’re Looking For:
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Minimum of 4 years of commercial litigation experience.
Active Texas Bar license or eligibility to become licensed in Texas (required).
Exceptional writing, research, and oral advocacy skills, with strong academic credentials.
Strategic thinker with maturity, initiative, and strong interpersonal skills.
Commitment to delivering excellent client service in a team-focused environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Federal or state clerkship experience.
Exposure to high-stakes litigation, arbitration, and trial work.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary starting at $190,000+, commensurate with experience.
Hybrid schedule: In-office Tuesday–Thursday, remote Monday & Friday.
