Project Engineer – Land Development

📍 Southwest Florida 💰 $75,000–$95,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits

A well-established and fast-growing land development firm in Southwest Florida is seeking a Project Engineer with 2–5 years of civil site design experience. This role is perfect for an engineer looking to step into more responsibility, expand technical skills, and grow toward project management in a supportive, highly reputable team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Collaborate on the design of residential and commercial site development projects

  • Prepare construction documents: grading, stormwater management, utilities, and roadway layouts

  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and permitting agencies

  • Support permitting processes and construction phase services

  • Gain increasing project responsibility with a clear path to Project Manager

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field

  • 2–5 years of relevant land development experience

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

  • Familiarity with stormwater, grading, utility layout, and Florida permitting

  • EIT required; PE a strong plus

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
