Project Manager Qualifications:
✔️ 5+ years of experience managing or assisting with healthcare-related commercial construction projects (hospitals, medical office buildings, surgical centers, etc.)
✔️ Strong background in budgeting, estimating, project scheduling, and healthcare-specific compliance
✔️ Proven ability to coordinate people, materials, and timelines while delivering top-quality, compliant results
✔️ Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on client satisfaction
✔️ Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and healthcare facility stakeholders
