What You’ll Do:
Lead Major Projects: Manage high-profile Design-Build and P3 transportation projects, including roadway design, construction, and delivery for DOT and other major clients
Strategic Oversight: Serve as the lead point of contact for clients, contractors, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a growing team of engineers and designers, ensuring effective communication and strong project execution
Business Development: Contribute to proposal preparation, client relationship management, and project acquisition efforts to secure future work
Direct Path to VP: Play a critical role in shaping the firm’s strategic direction, operations, and growth, with a fast-track opportunity for promotion to Vice President
ESOP Ownership: Participate in the firm’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), enabling you to directly benefit from the company’s long-term success
What You Bring:
25+ years of experience in transportation engineering with a strong background in Design-Build and P3 projects
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the United States
Extensive experience managing roadway/highway projects from design through construction
Proven expertise in P3 projects, Design-Build delivery methods, and working with DOT standards
Strong leadership, client management, and business development skills
Ability to navigate complex projects while maintaining focus on quality, budget, and schedule
Excellent communication and strategic decision-making abilities
