Maintenance Supervisor – PM Shift (Confidential Food Manufacturer)

Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 DOE
Shift: PM / Night Shift | 12-hour rotation (2-2-3 schedule)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Salaried

A well-established national food & beverage manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the PM shift at a highly automated production facility. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on equipment reliability, team development, and supporting production through strong maintenance execution.

This opportunity is ideal for a maintenance leader who enjoys being on the floor, solving problems alongside their team, and taking ownership of uptime, safety, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support maintenance technicians on an assigned shift
• Assign daily work, manage staffing, and prioritize maintenance activities
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues impacting production
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Track downtime and support continuous improvement efforts
• Enforce OSHA, food safety, and company safety standards
• Train, coach, and develop maintenance personnel
• Partner with production and operations to improve equipment performance
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements
• Coordinate parts, contractors, and work orders through CMMS systems

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience (food manufacturing preferred)
• 5+ years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with PM systems and CMMS/work order software
• Knowledge of OSHA and food safety requirements
• Comfortable working 12-hour PM/night shifts, including alternating weekends

Compensation & Benefits:
• Base salary range: $80,000 – $110,000 (DOE)
