Pre-Engineered Metal Building Foreman – Phoenix, AZ

A growing commercial construction contractor is seeking a hands-on Foreman to lead crews on pre-engineered metal building projects throughout the Phoenix metro area. This is an opportunity for an experienced field leader who can keep work moving safely, communicate clearly with project staff, and take pride in delivering quality work.

What you’ll do

• Lead and coordinate field crews on PEMB construction projects

• Help plan daily work, assign tasks, and monitor progress

• Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications

• Coordinate with project management and assistant project management staff

• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite

• Identify field issues early and communicate them to the project team

• Support quality control and help keep projects on schedule

What we’re looking for

• Approximately 3–5 years of experience leading crews as a Foreman

• Experience with pre-engineered metal building construction

• Ability to communicate effectively with field crews and project staff

• Strong understanding of jobsite safety, plans, and construction sequencing

• Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced field environment

• Experience with Butler building products is a plus

Compensation and benefits

• Competitive hourly pay, generally up to $35-40/hour; higher pay may be considered for a strong match
