About the Role: A well-established and family-focused commercial contractor is seeking a Estimator/Project Manager with 5+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating. This is a key opportunity to join a tight-knit team working on diverse projects, including ground-up municipal buildings and creative private renovations.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience or as a Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and sequencing
• Proficient in Bluebeam, PlanSwift/On-Screen Takeoff, and Excel
• Ability to read and understand plans/specs thoroughly
• Strong organizational and time management skills—manage multiple estimates at once
• Clear, professional communication skills (written & verbal)
• Mentor less experienced Project Management staff on the daily duties required to effectively manage a construction project  
• Oversee the Subcontractor and Vendor procurement by supervising the completion of buyout, scope of work review, contract writing, insurance and bonding reviews, etc.
