Key Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation files from inception through trial preparation and final disposition.
• Draft pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and comprehensive discovery requests and responses.
• Oversee document production, maintain privilege logs, and manage electronic discovery workflows.
• Coordinate trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, preparing trial notebooks, and managing witness schedules.
• Handle electronic filings (e-filing) across local, state, and federal courts.

Qualifications:

• 5 to 10 years of dedicated litigation paralegal experience is required.
• Strong background in Plaintiff Personal Injury, Insurance Defense, or Medical Malpractice.
• Must be able and willing to work 100% in-office.
• Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program or a Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
