Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage Mechanical Controls/BAS projects from inception to completion.
  • Utilize expertise in mechanical systems, installation, and building automation controls to ensure project success.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams for effective project execution.
  • Collaborate with clients, coworkers, and project managers to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and uphold a strong work ethic.
  • Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance on all projects.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience managing commercial HVAC and Building Automation projects from design through completion

  • Deep understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical equipment, and building automation/controls integration

  • Proficient in BAS communication protocols including BACnet and DDC

  • Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, and control schematics

  • Working knowledge of Revit and Visio for system design and documentation

  • Strong leadership abilities with proven success coordinating cross-functional teams and subcontractors

  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, fostering collaboration across engineering, construction, and service teams

  • Analytical and detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy, safety, and project efficiency

  • Stable and consistent work history demonstrating reliability and long-term team contribution
