Real Estate Litigation Attorney

A well-established Florida law firm is seeking a Real Estate Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice. This position offers the opportunity to handle a diverse mix of complex real estate and commercial disputes while working with a collaborative team that values professionalism and growth.

What They’re Looking For

  • 3–10 years of experience in real estate or commercial litigation, including landlord-tenant, title disputes, construction-related claims, or property ownership conflicts
  • Strong motion and discovery practice experience, with proven ability to manage cases from inception through trial or resolution
  • Comfortable handling depositions, mediations, and hearings independently
  • Excellent research, drafting, and negotiation skills
  • Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing

What You’ll Do

  • Represent property owners, developers, landlords, and investors in a variety of real estate and business litigation matters
  • Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation
  • Collaborate with colleagues in related areas such as construction, land use, and corporate transactions to provide comprehensive legal support
  • Work directly with clients to develop strategy and ensure favorable, cost-effective outcomes
