Wellness Director (RN) – Assisted Living / Memory Care

Location: Greater Cincinnati Area, Ohio
Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Compensation: $80,000 – $105,000 annually (depending on experience and community size) + performance bonus

About the Opportunity

We are representing a respected assisted living and memory care provider seeking an experienced Wellness Director (RN) to oversee clinical operations and ensure excellence in resident care.
This is a leadership role for a compassionate, organized professional who thrives in a team-driven, mission-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage nursing and caregiving staff (LPNs, QMAs, and Resident Assistants).
• Assess residents and develop individualized care plans.
• Oversee medication management, treatments, and infection control.
• Coordinate with physicians, hospitals, and families regarding resident care.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director on staffing, budgeting, and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership experience in assisted living, skilled nursing, or long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and documentation standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and crisis management skills.
