Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables from concept to completion.
Communicate with in-house and external fabrication teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.
Oversee installations by subcontractors to ensure they meet design intent and quality standards.
Perform site visits and final inspections to ensure customer satisfaction.
Quality Assurance
Review shop drawings, materials, and finished products for accuracy and craftsmanship.
Identify and resolve issues proactively during both fabrication and installation stages.
Maintain accountability for project budget, timeline, and scope.
Proven experience in cabinetry design and project management (3–5 years preferred)
