Job Description

A large, well known Signage Company is seeking an experienced Sign Fabricator to join their growing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll help build custom architectural signage — including channel letters, post and panel systems, wayfinding signs, and more. If you have strong metalworking and welding skills, attention to detail, and a passion for quality, we want to hear from you. 

Sign Fabricator Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate and assemble signs using production drawings and specifications

  • Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on aluminum and steel

  • Operate fabrication tools and machinery (e.g., brakes, shears, punches, saws, drill presses)

  • Take precise measurements to ensure components fit accurately

  • Select, cut, and modify materials to match job specs

  • Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality standards

  • Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition

  • Report defective parts or issues to supervisors

  • Work collaboratively with production, installation, project management, and design teams

  • Follow safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized workspace

Sign Fabricator Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of architectural sign fabrication or metalworking experience preferred

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Proficient in MIG and TIG welding techniques

  • Familiar with blueprint reading and measuring tools

  • Must be able to pass a  background check

Sign Fabricator Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts
