Background:

• 5+ years of transactional real estate and finance experience
• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate transaction documents (e.g., purchase agreements, loan documents, development agreements, joint venture agreements, etc.)
• Review and analyze due diligence materials for various types of real estate transactions
• Supervise the review of title and survey
• Organize and coordinate closings
• Admitted to Maryland bar, DC and VA are a plus
