Commercial Litigation Attorney

Established and growing law firm is seeking an attorney interested primarily in commercial litigation to join its collaborative practice. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys litigation work while also gaining exposure to real estate, business transactional matters, and estate planning.

The firm is fully in-office and values collaboration, mentorship, and team culture. While the standard expectation is in-office attendance, the firm offers flexibility when personal or family needs arise. The office will also be relocating to a newly upgraded space in July.

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence

• Participate in hearings, depositions, and case strategy

• Work directly with attorneys and clients on litigation matters

• Gain exposure to real estate, transactional, and estate planning matters as needed

Qualifications

• Litigation experience with an interest in commercial litigation

• Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage matters in a fast-paced environment

• Team-oriented mindset with a desire for long-term growth

• Licensed and in good standing in applicable jurisdiction

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary plus percentage-based compensation tied to work generated

• Health insurance contribution

• 401(k) with 3% employer match

• Eligibility to participate in a cash balance plan
