📊 What You’ll Do as a Commercial Roofing Estimating Manager:

• Lead and oversee all commercial roofing estimating operations
• Review bid opportunities, prepare accurate takeoffs, and manage proposal development
• Mentor and develop estimating teams to improve performance and consistency
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and executive leadership to maximize profitability
• Analyze labor, materials, production rates, and subcontractor pricing
• Ensure estimates align with project specifications, schedules, and company goals
• Help drive strategic growth through disciplined estimating and operational insight

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Estimating Manager
• Strong background estimating commercial roofing projects of various sizes and scopes
• Expertise with TPO, PVC, EPDM, metal, modified bitumen, coatings, and waterproofing systems
• Experience managing teams, workflows, deadlines, and multiple bid opportunities
• Strong knowledge of Edge, Bluebeam, OST, Planswift, or related estimating software
• Leadership mentality with strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to protect margins while remaining highly competitive in the marketplace
