CIVIL ESTIMATOR - EXCAVATION/ EARTHWORK

I am working with a top notch client seeking an experienced Estimator near Louisville KY. Our client is a large Heavy, Civil and Geotechnical Construction client with 40+ North American locations and lots of growth potential.

REQUIREMENTS HIGHLIGHT:

• Competitive pay and excellent benefits package.
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities geared to Civil Earthwork Projects
  • Estimating experience geared to Civil Earthwork projects such as Excavation, Grading, Utilities, Drilling, Pile Driving, Deep Foundations, Marine or similar
• BS Degree in Construction Management or Geotechnical Engineering preferred
• HCSS for cost estimating (training will be provided if not proficient)
• Experience Compiling relevant documents and data
• Experience Preparing internal bid review documents & bid proposals
• Must be well organized, self motivated, reliable, detail oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal & customer relations skills.
• Excellent computer skills and written & verbal communication skills necessary.
