Lead full lifecycle design on a wide variety of projects including civic, education, housing, hospitality, and commercial spaces
Translate client goals into creative, buildable solutions
Manage and produce detailed construction documents with technical accuracy and artistic quality
Collaborate with in-house and external consultants, engineers, and project stakeholders
Mentor junior staff and contribute to a vibrant, collaborative design culture
Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture
Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite
Solid understanding of codes, documentation, and construction detailing
Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture (Licensure preferred, but not required)
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Salary range: $80,000–$100,000, commensurate with experience
