Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the entire nursing department

  • Oversee hiring, training, and staff development

  • Ensure regulatory compliance and high standards of care

  • Create and implement clinical policies and procedures

  • Evaluate resident health needs and ensure quality care delivery

  • Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and compassion

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current RN license

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in long-term care

  • At least 2 years in a nursing leadership/supervisory role

  • Proven ability to inspire, lead, and manage clinical teams

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
