Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the entire nursing department
Oversee hiring, training, and staff development
Ensure regulatory compliance and high standards of care
Create and implement clinical policies and procedures
Evaluate resident health needs and ensure quality care delivery
Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and compassion
What We’re Looking For:
Current RN license
Minimum 5 years of experience in long-term care
At least 2 years in a nursing leadership/supervisory role
Proven ability to inspire, lead, and manage clinical teams
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
