Job Description

A dynamic global law firm known for its excellence and innovation in legal services, is seeking a Immigration Associate with experience in business immigration law practice. Prior experience in a law firm setting is preferred. Candidates must have strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills. Candidates should enjoy working with others in a team oriented setting. Writing samples will be required.

Experience: 1 to 3 years in business immigration law matters.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the team to provide clients with comprehensive support in all areas of employment-based immigration.
• Perform legal research on immigration matters, legal developments in immigration law and communicate implications internally.
• Assist in preparing and filing all types of employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, including under the E-1/2, H-1B, L-1, O-1, and EB-1/2/3 classifications.
• Maintain records, track deadlines, and ensure timely filings.
• Communicate with clients and government agencies under attorney supervision.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other practice areas to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.

Salary: $127,500 to $137,000
