Remote International & Warehousing Sales Executive

We are a dynamic, asset-based third-party logistics (3PL) provider offering a true one-stop shop experience for our clients. Our services span across flexible warehousing solutions, domestic and international freight forwarding, truck brokerage, NVOCC services, and expert customs clearance. WE ARE SEEKING:

A high-performing Remote International Sales Executive with a proven ability to drive revenue through strategic sales across warehousing, international shipping (NVOCC), truck brokerage, and customs clearance services. This is a remote role, but candidates must reside in or between the Norfolk, VA and Savannah, GA corridor, due to the proximity of our operational footprint and customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and close new business opportunities across warehousing, international freight (air and ocean), brokerage, and customs clearance sectors.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, importers/exporters
  • Leverage our asset-based capabilities and full-service platform to develop customized logistics solutions for clients.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal operations, customer service, and compliance teams to ensure seamless onboarding and execution.
  • Track pipeline activity and maintain accurate reporting in CRM systems.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, international regulations, and competitive offerings to provide consultative insight to clients.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in logistics, with emphasis on international freight forwarding, warehousing, and/or customs brokerage.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience in sales of international shipping, including NVOCC operations, and customs processes.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Must reside in or between Norfolk, VA and Savannah, GA.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and results-driven.

Salary:  $75,000.00 -  $160,000.00
